Master Nick Scrima and Master Su Zifang will be co-hosting the Inaugural San Diego Chinese Martial Arts Championship at the splendid Town and Country Resort & Convention Center in the beautiful city of San Diego, California, over the weekend of January 22/24, 2010.
This Kung Fu tournament will be the official Kick-Off for the 2010 ICMAC Worldwide Circuit. We are excited to bring this event to all our friends and supporters, especially those on the West Coast. We encourage and welcome the participation of all Chinese martial arts enthusiasts.
The Town and Country Resort, with its 40,000 square feet of competition space, fine restaurants and shopping, and the nearby attractions of San Diego, make it a perfect venue for hosting this exciting event.
This championship provides an excellent opportunity for competitors to get an early start towards earning points for the ICMAC and Inside Kung-Fu Top 10 Rating and National Titles.
We look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones in what is sure to fast become a premier Chinese martial arts competition.
Coaches, fire-up your team, San Diego 2010 will be a great tournament for your students to showcase their skills!

It will be hosted on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. We are excited to have the event in the Adelbert Gym, which has 14,000 square feet of floor space, as well as court-side and balcony spectator seating. Participants will enjoy the locker room space, the amenities of Case’s great campus, as well as convenient access to the tournament via hotel shuttle.

The Annual Kung Fu Tournament in Dallas, Texas. Formerly known as Taiji Legacy.
It is with great pleasure to welcome you to the annual 2010 LEGENDS of Kung Fu World Martial Arts Championship & Taiji Legacy. This tournament aims to promote the major styles of traditional Kung Fu and Taiji and also to recognize those who have contributed greatly to the art.
Hosted by the USA Chin Woo Federation and sanctioned by the U.S. Traditional Kungfu Wushu Federation, the LEGENDS of Kung Fu & Taiji Legacy gathers all Chinese martial arts practitioners, officials, and instructors from around the world. We anticipate 900-1000 competitors participating in this tournament, and about 3000 spectators.
Competition events include external and internal categories, Grand Champion awards, Musical Group competition, Sanshou fights, and special Novice events. There will also be seminars/workshops taught by nationally & internationally recognized Masters and Grandmasters, as well as a Masters Demonstration that features Lion dance, Dragon dance, and performances by distinguished Masters.
Hosted in the beautiful city of Dallas, Texas, the LEGENDS of Kung Fu & Taiji Legacy will be held in the spacious Plano Convention Centre, conveniently located approximately 25 minutes from the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) International Airport and approximately 5 miles from the tournament hotels.
The beautifully landscaped PLANO CENTRE is a full-service, multi-purpose facility. Comfortably accommodating up to 5,000 people in 86,400 square feet, the Plano Centre has accomodated our events in the past and is our choice for hosting this grand event this year.
The Plano Centre is conveniently located near a variety of hotels and restaurants, shopping malls, the Plano Station, and historic downtown Plano with its antique shops and beautiful park settings. You will be only minutes away from the world famous Southfork Ranch and all Metroplex attractions.
We aim not only to make your visit to Dallas pleasant and memorable, but also to present you with an immensely challenging competition that you will enjoy. We hope to see y’all!

The Annual ICMAC Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada

Bronze, silver and gold medals are awarded to the 3rd, 2nd and 1st place fighters, respectively. 4th place finishers receive a ribbon.
Trophies are to be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.
The 3rd Annual Canadian Shuai-Chiao Kung Fu Championships will include competitors from schools teaching Shaui-Chiao Kung Fu as a complete system and those that simply teach some shuai-chiao techniques as a supplement to another kung fu system. Also welcome are practitioners of other martial styles. In particular, athletes/martial artists from Judo, Wrestling, Sambo, Aikido, Hapkido, Jiu-jitsu and other grappling systems should find this a simple transition from their usual set of rules.
Schools from the U.S. are, of course, welcome.

The Canadian Shuai-Chaio Kung Fu Championships is being held in conjunction with the
Great Lakes All Styles Martial Arts Tournament.
If you are entering the GLASMAT,
the Canadian Shuai-Chiao Championship fees are inclusive.
That is to say, you may enter the Shaui-Chiao competition at no additional charge.

120 lb.s or less (featherweight)
135 lb.s (lightweight)
150 lb.s (middleweight)
165 lb.s (super-middleweight)
180 lb.s (cruiserweight)
195 lb.s (light-heavyweight)
210 lb.s (heavyweight)
210+ (super-heavyweight )
If the numbers warrant the need for a 255+ division as done in the world championships this "monsterweight" division will be added.
Ideally, the women's divison will be the same as the men's. However, often the lesser number of participants in women's divisions warrants slight changes.
